    Brownie Cupcakes

    Brownie Cupcakes
    Ingredients:
    12oz. semi-sweet chocolate baking bar
    1 1/4 cups Canna butter
    2 cups sugar
    6 large eggs
    1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
    1 cup chopped walnuts (or nut of your liking)

    Directions:

    Preheat oven to 325 . Line two 12 cup muffin pans with paper liners.
    Melt chocolate and butter in a double boiler, stirring occasionally. If you don't have one of these (I don't) take a small saucepan and fill half way with water and bring to a boil.
    Brownie Cupcakes=Put chocolate and butter in a bowl and sit over the saucepan, don't let the water in the saucepan touch the bottom of the bowl. This will generate enough heat to melt the chocolate and butter.
    Beat sugar and eggs in a large bowl for about 3 minutes (the time is important here). While mixing at medium speed, add the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture. Gradually add in flour. Stir in nuts. Scoop about 1/3 cup batter into each cupcake liner, filling 3/4 full.
    Bake 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out with loose crumbs attached. Cool in pans for 5 minutes. Remove cupcakes to cool completely.

    I have but I use reclaimed oil from my dab rig instead of canna butter.

    TY, I'll have to try this one. I haven't seen such a simple brownie recipe before, cool!
