What was the secondary voting all about in relation to HB4834? I thought it was coming up for a re-vote and then it seemed to get bypassed for the time being, a temporary passing of the bill?

Any ideas what that was about and are we certain that 4834 is dead?

HB 4834 did not get 29 votes and failed (twice).
I do believe it can come up again next year but it will have to start from scratch.

Hopefully they've lost their zeal for this bill. The worst of them all in my eyes!

Amen. This bill would have created extreme danger for all patients and caregivers. It also would have been illegal.
